Private Residence - Kent

The team do not divulge the identity of this venue as it was a private investigation.

Background:

The client reported continual experiences affecting her and other members of her family over several years. Growling noises, doors slamming, items being moved.

The client has contacted other parnormal groups, mediums and a vicar to try and solve what she was experiencing.

The client had also been told that her property was sited on a graveyard, this the team discovered to be untrue as they delved into the archives and found nothing but orchards prior to the property being built.

Using visual and scientific methods combined with spiritual theory investigate the background to any occurring possible paranormal phenomena at this venue.

Investigation

The team arrived at the venue at 19.30 and sat for some time talking with the client.

Dave and Graham then went upstairs to the main bedroom.

The first session commenced, Kim sat downstairs with the client.

Whilst talking to the client Kim heard a growling noise as did the client.

Up stairs in the main bedroom Dave and Graham were having a quiet session, Kim called them to the lounge when she heard the growling.

After some quiet time the team decided to take a break.

The second session was in the lounge, noise could be heard from the stairway, Kim decided to sit on the stairs to be later joined by Dave who sat closer to the landing. Banging noises were heard.

The team decided to end the investigation and have another chat with the client.

The team have yet to review the recordings made, however Kim reviewed her voice recording the very next day. The growling noise was not captured on her equipment.

The team can attribute some of the banging noises to the neighbours who were/are incredibly noisy, the client confirms that they are generally noisy.

A very quiet night at this venue.
